Possible to recieve a max req7 item from the zchest?

Ive heard different rumors about it.

I know you cant get any r7 max anymore but can anybody clarify it for me

Z-chest no.
Monsters in PvE, yes, although EXTREMELY rare. Basically you must find a monster with a LOW level in a late game area or some such. There was a thread talking about it before, and getting req 7 items to drop in Factions if I remember correctly. I'd be impressed if the Z-chest dropped anything lower than req 9, even if it wasn't max.

I keep my eyes open for a R7 max, since I believe they could still drop.
However, I have not seen one for a looooong time now. No white, no blue, no purple, no gold. And I do still play (not farm) the areas that have the highest possibility give them.
I got a R7 (tact) +45hp/ench a couple of days ago, too bad it was 15 armor....

But from the Z-chest? I really, really, really, really doubt it.
I think I've never seen an inscribable max R7 (any color) so far and all weapons from the Z-chest are inscribable.
